Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Paroot. By creating an account you accept them. If you are using the service for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept on its behalf.

Paroot measures which short-form posts outperform their creator's usual reach, analyses the format behind them, and drafts new posts you can publish yourself. You can optionally connect TikTok accounts you own to see how those accounts and their posts are performing.

Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least the minimum age TikTok requires of its own users.

Only connect TikTok accounts you own or are authorised to manage. Connecting is done through TikTok's official login, and you can disconnect at any time from the dashboard or by revoking access in TikTok's own settings.

Your use of TikTok remains governed by TikTok's terms. Nothing here changes them, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of TikTok.

Drafts are produced automatically and are a starting point, not finished work. They may contain mistakes or claims that do not hold up. You are responsible for checking anything you publish, and for it complying with the law and with the rules of the platform you publish it to.

Where a draft is derived from another creator's format, the product will often suggest crediting them. Whether to do so is your decision, and so is the responsibility for it. Do not use the service to copy someone's work outright or to pass it off as your own.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to break the law or any platform's rules
• Connect accounts you do not own or manage
• Attempt to access other users' data, or to disrupt or reverse engineer the service
• Resell or redistribute the service or its output as your own product

Your data and the drafts generated for you remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service — to store, process and display that content back to you.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Parts of it depend on third parties, including TikTok, and those may change or become unavailable in ways outside our control.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost reach arising from content you chose to publish.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. On termination we delete your data, including any stored connected-account tokens.

We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the current version, and material changes will be signposted in the product. Questions go to info@paroot.io.
